Cannabis Caesar Salad

Know that aside from CannaButter and CannaOil, one of the most common things that you should always have as a connoisseur is Tincture. 

For the uninitiated – Tincture is one of the main types of cannabis medicine. This is essentially alcohol extractionsor liquid concentrates from the flowers or the trim leaves of the cannabis. With tincture, THC and cannabinoids are leached out of the alcohol.

So for you out there who’s very curious to know more about how to make a tincture, let us guide you into making one using two methods that you can follow. 

Method #1 – Manual Tincture

Ingredients: 

2-5 cups of Vegetable Glycerin or 95% of Ethanyl alcohol

14-20 grams of cannabis herbs

Small glass jar with lid

Cheesecloth 

Grinder (For best results, we highly recommend Kannastor 2.2 Jar Style 4pc Grinder for fine ground of herbs)

Directions: 

Finely grind your herbs. Mix it with the alcohol and let it soak in the small glass jar for about 1 week – 1 month. (Note that there is no optimum time in soaking). 

Shake the solution andtake the lid off the jar to release the gasses once a day.

After soaking on the period you desire, strain out the excesses of the solution through the cheesecloth to squeeze all the extra juices.

Method #2 – MagicalButter Method (Fastest Way)

Ingredients: 

2-5 cups of Vegetable Glycerin or 95% of Ethanyl alcohol

14-20 grams of cannabis herbs

Small glass jar with lid

Directions:

Put the Alcohol and the cannabis herbs in the MagicalButter

Press the “Temperature” button and set at 160°F (Optimal temperature for all extractions)

Press the “4 hour, Tincture” button. For starters, a tincture of 4 hours is already optimal. However, if you are aiming for a stronger flavor and kick. 

Once done, strain to remove the excesses of the solution and your tincture is ready to use

 

Cannabis Caesar Salad

You know that it’s not just hard to miss the Turkey on Thanksgiving. It’s also difficult to miss an appetizer on your table to act as an equalizer. We all know that salad is good, but an ordinary salad will not be enough for a cannabis lover like you. But don’t fret because your herbs will be useful in today’s recipe!

Ingredients:

1 Clove Minced Garlic

1 Cup Croutons

2 Tablespoons Olive CannaOil

Romaine Lettuce

1/4 Tspof Each Salt & Pepper

4 Bacon Strips, Cooked and Crumbled (Optional)

1/4 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tsp Dijon Mustard

2 Teaspoons White Vinegar

2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese

2 Tablespoons Light Mayo

Chicken or steak (optional)

 

Directions

Make the dressing first by putting together the olive CannaOil, mustard, vinegar, cheese, salt and pepper and the Worcestershire sauce. Stir them together well, until the substance is smooth and creamy. 

Put the mixture in the fridge to make sure that it’s cold while you put together the salad. 

Wash your Romain thoroughly. Shred the lettuce to your desired size and put it in a bowl. Add the croutons, bacon, extra cheese if desired, and lettuce together and mix in the dressing. You’ve now made a delicious medicated salad. 

You can also add chicken or steak to this if you’d like. This is a great recipe because there’s no heat involved so there’s no worry of dissipating the THC in the olive oil.
